Refund & Cancellation Policy

Camel Finance offers a “risk-free” refund policy for new subscribers, as well as handling other refund requests in a fair manner as described here:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee for First-Time Paid Subscription
If you are a first-time paying subscriber (meaning you have gone through the free trial and have been charged for the first time, or you skipped the trial and paid immediately), we want you to have peace of mind. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product or decide it’s not for you, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days of that payment.
Example: Your free trial ended and you were charged on April 15 for the first time. You have until April 22 to email us and ask for a refund of that charge. We will honor it and cancel your subscription so you won’t be charged again.
This refund on first charge is “no questions asked”, though we’d appreciate knowing why for our own improvement.
2. Refunds After Renewal / Subsequent Charges
Generally, charges after the first one are not automatically eligible for a refund since the service is considered delivered. However:
If a renewal charge happened recently (e.g. within a few days) and you haven’t used the service, you may request a refund. We aim to be flexible if the situation is reasonable.
If time has passed or if you’ve used the service, we typically will not issue a refund, but we can ensure your subscription is canceled to prevent future billing.
Annual Subscriptions: These are not typically refundable after the first 30 days unless there were significant service issues. In rare, exceptional cases, we may consider a partial refund.
3. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you were charged incorrectly (e.g. a double charge), contact us and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous amount.
4. Involuntary Cancellation by Us
If we terminate your subscription for reasons not caused by you (e.g. product shutdown), we will refund the unused portion. However, if termination is due to a violation of our Terms (e.g. account sharing), no refund will be issued.
5. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. If you do file a chargeback, your access will be revoked immediately. We resolve most refund issues quickly and fairly via support.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
For Razorpay: Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. We can provide a reference ID upon request.
For PayPal: Refunds often process in 1–5 business days, but could take up to 10 days.
Refunds are only made electronically — no cash or cheque.
All refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge.
Partial Refunds (e.g. canceling an annual subscription early) are handled proportionally and fairly, with any applicable discounts taken into account.
7. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances:
Request made after the 7-day risk-free window, unless an error occurred on our part.
Repeated refunds by the same customer — only first-time subscriptions are eligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
Accounts found violating our Terms (e.g. unauthorized sharing, tampering with the indicator code).
Market-related dissatisfaction — our tools are not responsible for market performance.
Changing your mind after extended use — cancellation will stop future billing, but past charges remain.
8. Procedure to Request a Refund
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund:

Your account email
The charge date and amount
A short reason (optional)
Whether or not you used the service since the charge
We typically reply within 1–2 business days and will inform you if the refund was approved.

VARIANCE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day
Perishable items:
• If you receive a defective product, inaccurate digital service on the same day
• If the product does not match the website listing or your expectations, please report it within the same day. Our support team will review and resolve the issue fairly.
• For products under manufacturer warranty
refund can be processed 1–2 business days
