Camel Finance, operated by Variance Technologies Private Limited, provides digital services only. No physical products are shipped or delivered. All services — including access to the CF Cycle Trading Indicator, educational content, and digital downloads — are fulfilled electronically.

Digital Delivery of Services

• Upon successful subscription and payment confirmation, users will receive an email confirmation at the address provided during registration.
• For the CF Cycle Trading Indicator, access is granted directly to the TradingView username provided by the user. Confirmation of access will also be sent via email.
• Delivery of any digital downloads, educational materials, or community access (if applicable) will be sent through email or made available within your account/dashboard on the Camel Finance platform.

Timeline for Access

• Access to the indicator or services is typically granted within 1–12 hours after successful payment, subject to verification.
• In some cases, there may be a brief delay if:
  • Incorrect TradingView username is submitted
  • Manual review or account checks are needed
  • Payment requires manual confirmation (e.g., certain bank transfers)

If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Shipping/Delivery Note for Legal Compliance

As this is a digital-only product, references to courier or postal services in standard shipping language do not apply. However, if any tangible or promotional items are ever dispatched in the future (e.g., limited edition merchandise or physical gifts), those will be handled via standard courier services. In such cases, we will notify the customer of the expected delivery timeline via email.
